Don Williams Concert!

My room mate Jill got tickets to go to the Don Williams! She was thinking about taking a date but then she realized that we would have a lot more fun! She love Don Williams and I love a good concert and enjoy Don Williams! 

Jill and I Super excited for the Concert! So the Opening act was a guy from Ireland named Colm Kirwan! Not only is he  Irish and adorable, he can sing! So any one that knows me knows that I have a rediculas fear of famous people! Steaming from General Authorities to Disney Characters! Jill said you really should go get him to sign his Album! I laughed and said hahahaha no way! Then while standing in line to buy Kolm's album  I ran into my Aunt Shalene, who took it upon herself that I get my album  sign! I really didn't want to but Aunt Shalene and Jill are persuasive! They just kind of pushed me over to him!   

I am telling him to write it to Melissa!

Conference Weekend!

 I seriously love my FAMILY! They are my rock in the world of craziness! I love them with my whole heart! I was super excited for conference weekend! I may have cried when I arrived on Friday! I actually may have cried multiple times this weekend!

Would You be Surprised I am done with the second Quarter!

Like the title says I totally went on a date (as checked with my family) last Thursday 2nd quarter done! As recorded in the blog about my first date I made a little wager with my date over a connect four game! I totally lost I hardly ever loose at that game I got proud! The terms of the lost were not decided because he wanted me to walk home and I refused! It was too cold! So later on I told him I would make him something! He tried to get me to do some carpentry! Hahahah  I resorted to cooking because I am not well versed in wood! I decided to make the only thing that I know how to is taco soup! I brown some mean hamburger and no one can dump a can of beans like me!  It was really easy to make! So Thursday came and I started making dinner think Robert is suppose to get off at 5 so I was planing dinner at 5 cause I asked if he ate dinner after work! I was cooking but he didn't show up and I thought I wonder where he is! Then he sent me a text and he said I don't know where or when this starts! I laughed and said my house and the soup is cooking! He came over and ate dinner with me while Kenna cooked cupcakes! After she even ate dinner after she was done! Then We went to the front room and chatted! We started to play games! We played 5 crowns and apparently I didn't explain the rules very well cause I kicked his trash! In my defense he didn't really ask good questions. I also beat him in speed and California speed. Then I walked him to the door and he left! I am pretty sure it was a date! But I am super proud of myself to be done this quarter so fast!

My Aunt Jenny!

This is my Aunt Jenny! She is seriously one of my favorite people ever! When she was 14 months old she contacted herpes encephalitis that went and ate a portion of  her brain! She was not suppose to live passed the age of 2 but on Friday she turned 35! 

She is pretty much a miracle! Jenny doesn't talk but she always gets her point across! Case in point she doesn't like her picture taken! If looks could kill I would probably be died! I like to tell people that I am Jenny's favorite Niece (I know I can't say person cause she likes my Uncle Chester and Grandpa way more)! I sometimes am sad because I think Jenny and I could have done a lot of the damage over the years if things would have turned out differently but I then I look at how much she has influenced my life and made me a better person, a more tolerant person and I wouldn't change it for the world! It reminds me that the Lord does things for a reason and we may not get it now but one day we will!

1st Date in Two Years!

At the beginning January I decided to be proactive and work through anxiety surrounding "Dating." I decided to ask four boys on dates this year! One per quarter. I am not going to lie in January this seemed like good idea but about March it seemed like the worst  goal I ever set! I am not sure what I was thinking! I decide that I had to ask someone by Kyle's birthday! Well that was on Wednesday! After work I still didn't ask someone! I really didn't no who to ask mostly cause I wasn't super interested in anyone or a little to shy because we don't really like anyone! I decided to be a little less brave then I should have been and texted a boy and ask him to go with me to Chrome in the Dome! (I know I should have called I will be there next time in June) He couldn't go (he was going with his parents) so we were going to do something after! I let him decide and he wanted to go play Laser Tag! I did pretty good controlling the anxiety mostly because I was stressing about something else! (I was super embarrassed about so if you want to know about that you will have to ask me) I only had a small panic attack because He didn't really know that it was a date! But I called my mom and she talked me down! Remember that you have to walk in baby steps! On the date we went to subway for dinner. Then on to Outer Limits! I bragged was going to win! I really wasn't going to be able to win but I am all about trash talk with no ablity to back it up! Out of the 4 games of laser tag I won none! I lost once 3 hits to 18! I mostly just ran around screaming! It is super hard when you are just playing each other! As a matter of fact I lost ever game including connect four (I was sure I could win that one)! I only won 3 games- a video racing game and then a shoot the duck game twice! Then we also played pool and I stink at that! It was a fun date it was super good for me to remember that I am an excellent date! The only thing that I was a little disappointed because he didn't walk me to the door or open the door for me! But I had a good time!

I have been super busy this week! Here are a few of my favorite things! Every Year it is tradition for us to go to Highland to watch Kort Wrestle! It is great!

Then on Thursday Night I stayed up till 3 in the morning helping on Shaun and Ashley's Wedding Cake! It was super Pretty Amy did an excellent job! 

I read to Ruby! She is seriously my favorite person in the World!! 

She has such an amazing little person! She has a great personality! I love Her!

Suppose that the Lord loves you!

I have had a love hate relationship with institute! I have hated some classes and absolutely loved others! I have a very favorite teacher! His name is Brother Sheldon! He is super amazing! What I love the most is that when you asked questions he always goes to the scriptures! He has no problem saying when he doesn't know the answers! He usually tells you some scriptures that you should read and then he always says that is something you should fast and pray about! He always gives us things to study (one day I might do that) He also says some really funny stuff in class! The title of this blog is what he said in class today! He said "Suppose that the Lord loves you" Oh the class was laughing super hard! Ok maybe just Shaun, Natalie, and I! He then corrected himself to say "The Lord loves you suppose he wanted to let you know when his coming is, what group would you have to be in?" I have taken Teaching of the Prophet Joseph Smith-Teaching of John- Isaiah- Both Old Testaments from him! Seriously I love him!
