Those that have a Weak Stomachs Don't Read!

So I have been debating on whether or not I should share this blog! But I decided to because I am not really embarrassed by it! Once again if you have a weak stomach or hate hair legs you should stop reading! So I have always hated shaving my legs and through college I always wondered who looks at legs and decided that it was socially unexceptable to keep them in their natural state of hair! But I conformed! I shaved my legs (at most twice a week during the summer and once a week during the winter for church)! So  sometime around last fall around October or maybe September I decided to conform no more! I think what did it is that I had bought some really good tights and didn't need to shave for church anymore! I am not a shamed so feel free to judge I don't care! As I explained to the nurse when I went to the hospital for a proceedger (wow have fun with that word-that as close as I could get), no one shaved their legs before 1920s  maybe even the 1930s so I don't know why I had to do it because they started too! I also went on to say how it was a sign of conformity to the man! I really don't believe in doing things just because everybody else does, sometimes it means not watching popular shows, reading popular books, and not shaving your legs! Well many of you know that I just got back from a vacation to California! i know you are thinking Melissa that's gross! but no worries I decided to conform to the man once again and shaved my legs before I went on the trip! Which leads to the meat of this post! This has to be one of the funniest things that I have done!  You can imagine how long my leg hairs where because I didn't shave them for probably over 6 months! One word! Man! So how do you go about this because a normal razor would be wasted and dull with one swipe! So in comes my Mother and her genus ideas! I stood in a pizza box in the middle of the kitchen! Yes folks a pizza box from pizza hut and she used hair clips to trip my legs hair so that I could shave normally!  Oh gravy it was so funny! I laughed the whole time! Why am I sharing this with you! Well I make a blog book for my posterity and they will read this and says man our Grandma was crazy but she sure is awesome an individual. Or if there is no posterity for me to look at when I loose my mind, and one day I will read this post and say yes for six months I did stick it to the man and was part of my own counter culture! Then I will laugh because I will remember how funny and clever I was when I wrote this post!

Kurby Heyborne

I get extremely embarrassed to met Famous people! I don't like it at all! and I really mean I don't like it! Now I know that some of you are thinking Melissa you are from Idaho and Pocatello for that matter you probably don't met that many famous people! Although that is true it doesn't mean that I still can't developed an unrealistic fear of famous people! I am talking of even General Authorities! I have heard multiple Apostles and GAs talk before, I have even seen Dieter F. Uchtdorf  in Pottery Barn (Kenna said excue me to him but I ran the other way), but there is not one part of me that wants to talk to them! Well resently Michael, Kim, Kenna and I went to the Improv show of the Society! It was really funny and we had an enjoyable time! After wards when Kenna wanted to stay around and met the cast I was more then willing to sit back and watch! I would not go up with her (I know I am a rude sister!) I waited for what seemed like forever! Kenna found some friends to met the people with! They had one more (Kurby Heyborne) and a lot of people had left so there wasn't many people to take so they asked if I would take a picture so I did! The only problem is that Kurby then talked to me! I was super awkward and felt like my faces was really red! I took it super fast and Kenna explained I was her sister! Then I tried to leave really fast! I asked Kenna if I was red but she said no I just giggled a lot! I lived through it but I really don't want to try it again!

So my bestie Melissa Roberts left on her mission about 18 months ago and returned to us on  March 7th so pretend that you are reading this on the 8th because I am a resposible bloger and get every thing posted on time! We were so excited to see her again especially because I have been hanging out at her house a lot helping her brother Devin with Math! So there was much antisapation for her return!

I took this bouncy-ball about 5 months ago! I have no intentions of giving it back! 

It is Valentines Again!

To those that know me they know that I truely hate things that conform to the man! (Shaving leggs, House that look all the same, and doing things because the crowd does them) I believe that Valentines is one of those things! It just disgust me :) Now all of the married people are thinking it is because she is single! And all the single people are like Yeah! But is isn't about marriage statis it is about principals! I will alway not like this day so I like to do good things for others!

I took this to the people in my ward! It was a lot of fun! Delievering cupcakes to my ward! Kenna was crowling on the ground, Jenny did many u turns! It was a good time for a stupid day!

Auburn Medium Brown

I like to blog in order of things that I did but I really can't wait on this ! It is not quite an emotional blog but super close! i would like to point out the definition of Auburn-a reddish-brown or golden-brown color. Thank you dictionary.com! Also the name of the Univeristy in Alabama and that my cousins will cheer for unless they are playing Alabama! Roll Tide (just doesn't have the same ring to it when i say it!) But now where does it say bright Arielle red roots and purple hair!!!!!!!

No I have not been crying even though Kyle asked me if I was going too! My mother hit me mulitple times in the face when helping me wash the die out! I am greatfull to her and not complaning but I am sure a couple times were on purpose! But have no fear it is demi-permanent and will change color is a few days!

Bear Lake Cabin

I have five friends that I went to college with for the longest time we were single so we called our selves the single ladies! Cami had to go and brake tradition but we still consider her a single lady at heart! So we decided to go to Aleesha's grandma's Bear Lake Cabin and have a little girls weekend! We didn't do a lot of   spectactular things but we had a really good time!

We went sleiding and had a really exciting time! I don't know if you have noticed but I have been a poiser from the begining of my time!
