Its been 3 years!

So I go my car in December of 2007! This day the March 21, 2011 is the first time I have cleaned out the trunk! This is some of the stuff I pulled out!

This is the stuff still in the trunch! Yes that may have been a gold sash that I wore around my waist in a rhoad show when I was a muse! It may have been when Natalie was on her mission and Natalie may or may not have been home for 2 years! There may be old socks in there that I don't even know where they came from! There may be a baseball glove from a summer when we played baseball after FHE with a missionary who is already home! My old subing tag may also be there and I haven't subbed in over a year and half! The folder may be from laster when I cleaned out my classroom! The listens plate thingy I may have bought two years ago at homecoming and it may have melted in my back seat window so bad that it may not be usable!

This is how my trunk looked after I cleaned it!

While I was cleaning the rest of my car! I may have finally wiped off the Indian Creek dirt message that Alexis wrote to my on her way home in her car! I may have also vaccumed up a lady bug from the back seat window! I may have also found my respect button that I lost sometime last winter! I may be the sloppiest person alive with no motivation to clean my car ever! But I also know that right now I have a car that looks almost brand new!

So on Friday we had proffesional development! We had some time to get into class advisors and decided what to talk about in our class meeting on Tuesday (Which is today)! Well our counciler was gone at a different school so we were talking about who would talk about what! Well when sophmores take their ISATs if they pass them then they never have to take them again. So in the meeting I voluntreed to talk about ISATs because I didn't want these students to end up in my class! I must have been smoking something because I also said that I would sing a song about it! When I was sitting in the meeting I was thinking about using this "I like good test score and I cannot lie. These other teachers can't denie!" But I didn't get farther then that, it is a good thing my friend Cami is a song making genus! Have you heard of the song "I wanna be a billionaire" (If you look it up make sure you get the clean version that is a mistake I won't make again) I think Burno Mars sings it! In front of the whole 361 sophmore class I sang:

So it went off with a few problems! I sang the words I instead of you in the first line of the second staza (but I sang it again at the end of my talk because I told them when they take their ISATs they need to make to play it in their head) and when I sang the whoo oh part they started clapping and yelling and I was like but I am not done! I also had time to warn them about my really bad rapping! In all honesty I really wasn't that nervous I think it is because I fell more comfortable with 14-16 years olds then adults my age! So as we are walking to our TA so that we can give them regesration information one of the special ed students comes up to me and said "Ms. Wilding were you in choir?" and I was thinkg as nice he thinks my voice is good enough for choir but when I told him no he said " Oh cause your timing was off in that song!" Oh the joys of Teaching! I should say that there were other students that said that they liked my song and they didn't know that I could sing!

Life Long Dream!

So I have had a life long dream to learn how to mash poatatoes! Not that you the way you think! (I know how to mash potatoes because I love them and they are so creamy) But the mash potatoes as in the dance! From the song!

But I am not the only who learned Kim (my room mate) and Kimberly my sister in law are the best at it and I look absolutely crazy! but never the less I learned to mash potatoes! The Dance!

Highland Idol!

Oh Gravey! There is a teacher at Highland who I just love was one of the best Teachers I have ever had. She tends to over stress herself by taking on to much so I always ask how I can help! Usually she just smiles and says thanks but not today! She asked me to be a judge at Highland Idol! She said "When I thought who else could be Paula- I thought of you" I said back "Is it because everyone likes me" (Inside joke between my lunch friend but sometimes I really should review what comes out of my mouth) (I got a new sign this weekend that says warning Mouth operates faster than brain) Well back to Highland Idol! So I was unber nervous to do this I make a fool of myself on a reagular bases with friends and family and my class but that is a small group. So I get to there early if I am early (that means I was very nervous also there was one at home to distract me!) So I get there and look over what we are judging on at least there is a rubric! Then the thing starts and boy howdy! I am the most rediculas commentor ever! Note to self you should probably watch a whole episode of Amercian Idol if you are going to impersonate one of the judges! So when the MCs said Paula that it all I said was yeah! I was thinking why should I go longer! Then the judge playing Jaylo said usually Paula goes on and on! Oh I get it now so the next time I commment I decided to tell the whole crowd that because I have never seena a full episode of American Idol I have been informed with that I should talk longer! Why did I say this I have no clue! Why did I say a lot of things tonight I have no clue! I started to giggle before I talked and put my head on the table cause I felt like a dork every time I commented which just so happened to be 13 times! Oh the things we do for other people!

Melissa in Adult Life!

Poody McPooderson this one is for you! So I have had this giant can of apple sauce since Christmas! I really like apple sauce! So tonight I decided to open the giant can! Well a long time ago my mom told me to very leave food in the can (refried beans)! So I have saved a jar of apple sauce to put it in but clearly I had under estimated how much apple sauce was in the giant can! (I would look it up for a reforence but I have aready recycled it and don't want to go looking for it!)! So while talking to Natalie for about 2 hour 22 minuets and 45 seconds I try to work the crazy can opener that doesn't really work and so I used a butter knife to open it just a little! I poured into the jar and decided to get a bowl and feel it! (mind you I am doing this while still talking to Natalie I am really using all of my skills for mulitasking endevor) When the bowl is too small and I filled it to much so I decided to eat so off the top but I bearly made a dent! So this is a picture that I promised Natalie (aka Poody McPooderson) I would put on my blog! We also discussed how I might want to change my blog so that it called Melissa in Adult life. Beautiful!

This is my multitasking skills at its limits: Me talking to Natalie while I am eat and bite and taking a picture! Yup I am eating eatting apple sauce all by myself on a Friday night and people wonder why I am not married!

I Have a Certain Set of Skills!

Many of you may not know but sometimes I think that I have a certain set of skills that just might make me a super spy! (Shhhh don't tell) So when my room mate Kim and I were wacthing out the window (cause I do it a lot) Our neighbor across the street pulled up to his house and left his car running! At first we were just going to staire at it until he came out then Kim thought of the most awesomest plan ever! "We should still it and put it in our drive way!(said Kim)" I should probably explain that Travis our poor neighbor is in our singles ward and is a good friend of Kim's. I was amost chicken but I was feeling very brave so I said lets do it! As Kim and I walked and giggled acrossed the road we got into the middle before Kim remembered that Travis car was a stick shift and neither of us could drive a stick! We stalded in the middle of the road tryin decided if we should continue or not! We decided that it was to good of an opportunity to pass up! So we quickly ran back into our house and yelled for Kenna to come quick! So kenna came running out of the house so fast that she lost her slipper! But we found it! (If you were thinking wow this guy left his car running for a long time he did!) So Kenna runs over and opens his door and gets in but almost as soon as she is in Travis appears at the door! But she decides to continue in stealling the car! So it takes a little longer then normal because Kenna couldn't get the emergence break down so she ran it with it on! She jumped out of the car and runs inside! We are dieing of laugher at this point because we are so skilled and doing this so smoothly and it is totally funny! i think oh I have to get a picture of this to remember and of course put it on the blog! So then I run to get Kenna's camera (because I have totally lost mine) and it is her space camera so I struggle with taking a photo with out the flash! Kenna pops up the flash for me and I run out side to take a picture but I don't make it cause out of the coner of my eye I see a see this man walking towards me and I scream because it scares me and run back into the house! It was Travis coming to pick up his car! We talked for a while on our porch. It was a lot of fun! But I think one of the Funnest parts was Travis getting into the car and then yelling at Kenna because she had moved the seat up! This is the first picture of the car when I scream!
This is the second one that I took upside down and behind my back, trying not to be ovious and let Travis know I was taking a picture! Like I said at the begining I have a certain set of skills! I was going to take another picture during the day to show you what it looked like but I thought that I had done enough stocking for a while!

Domestic Godess #3 (I think)

I made cupcakes for Fancy Food Friday (We have Fun Fridays when our Principle is gone) and no one died! These were out of one of Kenna's Fancy book and don't look anything like the picture. But the are maricino cherry chocolate!
